Beginning Perspective for Artists

Whether you’re new to the idea of perspective drawing, trying to figure out how to place that cabin into a bare landscape painting, or perhaps you’re interested in using perspective to make flat surfaces open into a creative surreal world, then this is the class for you! We’ll look at the basics of 1-point, 2-point, and even 3-point perspective, and see how they can help us in our preferred artistic expression. This class will be the precursor for a series exploring perspective, shadow projection, reflection, and trompe l’oeil.
