Our Mission
The Arts Council of Pendleton provides opportunities for
creative expression and community connection
through experiences, education and advocacy in the arts.
We’re a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that serves Umatilla County. We celebrate every kind of creative expression, working to expand the way we all think about art and culture. Whether it’s someone spinning wool at the First Saturday Spin-Ins, a kiddo learning to play the guitar, a toddler exploring clay for the first time, or an artist who is looking for a venue to sell her work, we are proud to provide the facility, the expertise, and the encouragement. We believe that when you make something, it really does make the world a better place.

Our Statement on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
At PCA a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where all employees, instructors, board members, and volunteers feel valued and respected. We are committed to going beyond a nondiscriminatory approach and actively seeking out ways we can make opportunities in employment, artistic expression, volunteering, and participating open to those who have traditionally been marginalized. By seeking out diverse voices our work is energized. Read more about how we work to be better HERE.
Our Supporters
The Pendleton Center for the Arts would not exist without the support of the community. The fiscal health of the Arts Council of Pendleton, the official nonprofit that oversees PCA, depends on our members and on the individuals and local businesses who help with sponsorships and additional donations. We’d love to have you join the team. Check out the benefits our members receive here.
