In 2021 we:

  • Returned to in-person classes for youth, teens and adults! Ceramics, drawing and painting, guitar and more have been offered and the list of classes is growing each month.
  • Kept our Art Rocks Teens program and many of our youth and adult opportunities for creative expression FREE for everyone.
  • We signed on to the Arts & Economic Prosperity study through Americans for the Arts, along with the City of Pendleton and several other cultural nonprofits. This will be their sixth major research study documenting the economic benefits of the creative sector. This information will be critical to deliver future business and government support of the arts.
  • Kept our staff, customers, and guest safe from Covid 19 by instituting prudent, sensible guidelines.
  • Worked with the Oregon Arts Commission to help evaluate grant applications from small, independent makers across the state so that they could receive emergency assistance.
