My Parent/Guardian understands that I will be engaged in activities during the week that take place outside of the Pendleton Center for the Arts for lunches, recording sessions, and the Main Street concert Friday evening.
I have my Parent/Guardian's permission to ride in a vehicle driven by a Rock Camp Counselor from the Pendleton Center for the Arts to the recording studio located at SE Emigrant Ave. and back for recording sessions.
The Arts Council of Pendleton has permission to use images and/or video footage of me for any broadcast, tele-broadcast, internet or print media purpose.
I understand that instructors may link to music and instructional videos that are outside of the control of the Arts Council of Pendleton.
