In this unique class you’ll learn the beginning basics of canning. From beans to full fruits, jams & jellies, to pie fillings, you’ll be lead by an expert on the important dos and don’ts of canning. We’ll also learn about canning fails and what you can do to prevent mishaps and canning mayhem. You’ll be supplied with your own set of materials including jars and information on canning hotlines and other important safety resources. A great way to stretch the bounty of your garden or the Pendleton Farmers Market into the winter months.
