MAY 13 & 20, 2023 (Two Sessions)
Students will learn basic color theory and how it applies to watercolor painting and composition. You’ll learn how to mix warm and cool primary colors to create secondary and tertiary colors, as well as how to mix neutral colors. Students will become familiar with the tools of watercolor painting and learn how to control this dynamic medium. Techniques such as wet in wet, wet in dry, dry brush, and glazing will be covered.
